My favourite spot in Kon Tum

I've been there many times and never been disappointed. The staff is super friendly and speaks some English. The buffet - a plate of rice + a choice of mock meat and vegetables + a small bowl of soup is super tasty and not too oily. I also tried phở and bún khô which were both good. If you're lucky, you can also have a freshly made bánh bao - steamed bun - filled with vermicelli and vegetables. This is sooooo good! But unfortunately they don't make them very often.

Last but not least, they have a tv with a pro-vegan channel in English or with English subtitles.

Pros: Very tasty food, Super cheap (15 000 vnd for the buffet), Friendly staff

Cons: Don't always have bánh bao ^^'

Delicious

I’m not sure if this is the same shop as the photos I have added. But when trying to find this by the map on happy cow we couldn’t find it. We drove down a different street close to the one on the map and found a restaurant also called Quan Chay. I have included photos of the front of the shop. It was delicious! My boyfriend and I got a plate of rice with lots of side dishes and a bowl of soup each for only 30k all together! Not greasy, very tasty! I hope this is the same place, if you can find it check it out!

Good food, friendly staff

Small restaurant with 3 dishes: Quang noodles or pho for breakfast and rice for lunch. Their Quang noodles are delicious and very tasty. The owners probably don't speak any English but being a 2-dish restaurant, there is not much to say. Meals come with the usual free green tea. The place looks clean and the staff is very friendly.

Pros: Friendly staff, Delicious food
