Nice and quiet - Edit
A bit away from the ultra crowded tourist area. The fishcakes in the local dish cao lau and bun rieu were great. I feel the dishes here had more fishy taste than places I had bun rieu at before. Thoroughly enjoying dishes with vegan fish cakes here in Hoi An as there is a wide variety.

Delicious and cheap - Edit
Just off the main road, but somewhere you wouldn’t stumble upon randomly. We went here because of the good reviews and it didn’t disappoint. They seemed to have dropped printed menus and just have a whiteboard with dishes - no prices. It makes it harder to choose because there is no English and Google Translate doesnt know much either.
Read moreWe had the Cao Lao (local Hoi An) which was very good and a pleasant surprise in taste. We also tried the Bun Rieu which we had in other places before, again a very good dish. Both came at a total price of 60k. English is very limited but enough to order and pay. It was completely empty when we were here on a Tuesday around 6 pm. Would come back to try more

Little place on a quiet side road - Edit
I had the Pho and the local My Quang. Fresh green to go with the food. Almost better was the absence of noise. This alone is worth another star. Each dish was 30k only.

Hit the spot - Edit
I was there around 2pm and only two of the menu options were available. Menu prices seemed to range from 25,000 to 35,000. The one I chose was good and hit the spot. Shoes off as you enter the restaurant and there’s a sink and soap to was off the sweat and grime.

Nice looking little restaurant. Little English is spoken but they have a menu so it's easy to order. Food was good. The little garden is nice.
