Solid Build-Your-Own Mexican American - Edit
Solid chain Mexican-American build-your-own restaurant. Nice to see exactly what ingredients are being added and request as much or as little as desired to your burrito / bowl / salad. Kids are generally happy eating at Qdoba, but the menu is necessarily limited to Mexican-American food. Gotta be in the mood for beans and rice to enjoy eating here. That said, I very much appreciate Qdoba's consistency in menu, product, atmosphere, etc. It's refreshing to know exactly what to expect and that there will (almost certainly) be no surprises.
