There is vegetarian labeling but no vegan labeling. There is an open kitchen setup so it's possible to talk to the chefs. The menu changes daily (except for the salad bar items). There are around 25 vegan salad bar items and some hot entrees such as baked potatoes and cilantro lime rice. There is also a fruit salad bar. No prepared items are vegan. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-8:30pm, Sun 10:00am-8:00pm.

Good salad bar - Edit
Great salad bar with quite a few vegan options. I love that everything is freshly made and the salad bar is super fresh and delicious. It’s a buffet style restaurant but there’s several non vegan ingredients.

50-foot salad bar - Edit
I've been going to Q. Cumbers since they opened in 1990. There is a 50-foot salad bar with most every topping you can think of. There is also a hot entrée bar with a few vegan items, and a fruit bar that makes for a nice dessert. It is all you can eat buffet style.
Read moreI am teetering between a 3-star rating and a 4-star rating but will go with 3 for now because (a) although vegetarian items are labeled, vegan items are not; (b) non-salad vegan options are limited; (c) there do NOT appear to be any vegan prepared salads, vegan pasta salads, vegan soups, vegan bakery items, or vegan desserts (other than fruit); and (d) it can be expensive considering the price an adult dinner is $19.50 and you are basically getting salad and fruit.
