Traditional Finnish munkki place - Edit
Ofc Pyynikin munkit is delicious but I think all their munkkis could be made vegan (as in most bakeries in Finland). Luckily they have vegan ones as well and they're really good. There's also oat milk for coffee. This is something you have to try when visiting Tampere bc Pyynikin munkit is very famous concept in Finland. As a local like me this isn't so special. The view from the tower is beautiful! Just remember to buy the ticket.

Great vegan donuts! - Edit
This little café at the bottom of the tower overlooking Tampere offers an absolutely perfect vegan donut! There aren't many vegan choices, but this one is well worth the effort. The staff and the place are pleasant, so don't hesitate to hike and take a break here.

Best Vegan Doughnuts - Edit
I was looking forward to trying these doughnuts. I live outside of Finland, but I visit my family there. I picked up some doughnuts and was happy that they had some left for me. My non vegan family even said that these doughnuts were the best they have had.

Out in the forest, up a hill, we stopped off here, apparently well known for their traditional doughnuts. They'll never have anything vegan, I thought - but there it is, they've a vegan version prominently featured - nice too :)
