Must Visit!! - Edit
So I drove like 20 minutes to try this place out, which is major for me! Yes it lives up to the hype! So their menu is huge def have to review it before you go. So many options. Great chill atmosphere too.
Read moreOk food. 3 cheese cheese sticks- bomb like yes bread and cheese but cheese x3. Yes the cheese is melted. The kabob gyro hit the spot so hard. Like falafel can only go far (but they have that too). Warm fluffy pita and tasty protein! The cheese fries were ok. Not amazing but decent, maybe it needed salt.
Bottom line. Go here before you die! Yes the prices are off putting but it’s worth it to go at least once.
Pros: Sooo many options, Nice eating space.
Cons: Sooo many options , Kinda pricey

Flavorful and Fresh on a whole other level! - Edit
We are so glad we tried Pythagoras - we rarely eat out but this place will change that. The decor is quirky and fun with an alien theme. The service was great - Elice (sp?) took time to answer our questions and make recommendations to tailor to our tastes. Another staffer, whose name we didn't catch and may have been a manager or owner, was similarly helpful when we were choosing which items to eat while dining-in and which to take home. There was too much on the menu that tempted us to not order for both now and later. Everything was very flavorful and I don't have the vocabulary to explain how amazing it was. For example, my cocktail was a jalepeno mint margarita which was spicy and crisp and fresh; somehow blending refreshing with the heat of spice - I would return for that alone. Note that some items are spicy, so if you want to avoid (or find) heat then let your server know so they can stear you in the right direction. While there, we ate the Mirzaghesemi (smoky eggplant dip) with Naan and the Kabob Burger with sweet potato fries. I was going to order a more exotic side, but the server recommended the sweet potato fries. I like sweet potato fries, but have never before said, "Oh, wow!" The burger is one of those dishes that had a pleasant kick to it and came on an amazing bun. I have had a hard time finding truly tasty vegan buns and this one really hit the spot. We ordered a pizza and Baklava Cheesecake to-go. Yes, I said Baklava Cheesecake as in vegan cheesecake on a vegan baklava crust - so good. Similarly, the Annoying Vegan pizza is a cobination of two things: the animal lovers pizza on one half and the chicken alfredo pizza on the other half of a vegan cheese STUFFED CRUST pizza. My husband, who grew up on a ranch, enjoyed the meat-lovers stuffed crust pizza - that was all vegan. The alfredo half was creamy dreamy vegan magic. I thought I had gotten good at vegan gravy and cheese sauces at home, but I've got nothing on Pythagoras. We really can't recommend this place enough. You don't have to be vegan to appreciate these flavors so well put together and artfully presented.

Words Cannot Describe - Edit
Words cannot describe how delicious the food is and how amazingly kind the staff are. With the food, every bite is ecstacy. This is the heaven of vegan comfort food. They have amazing ice cream that will blow your mind, pizza with melted cheese and rich flavor, and wings that will have you eating slowly because every bite packs so much flavor. Restaurants with only vegan food are heaven because your heart feels good and your stomach feels amazing.

We recently found this restaurant and the food is made from high quality ingredients, well prepared, great options and variety. One of my new favorite vegan spots - Edit
The foods and vibes were but amazing! I opted for their pizza and wings and it did not disappoint! Would definitely recommend getting the wings with one of their many sauces to choose from. The pizza also hit the spot! If these options don’t sound appealing they have a big variety of vegan stuff to try. One of the largest vegan menus I have seen. This place is a don’t miss. The customer service also was on par. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Out of this World!! - Edit
Crazy incredible restaurant. So many choices and wow was it great. We started with the fried mushrooms - lightly breaded with great flavor. Then we split the BBQ pizza and the Kabob Koobideh. The pizza was slendid, flavorful BBQ sauce with fresh veggies, vegan chicken and bacon, perfect crust and balanced flavor. The Kabob had just the right blend of spices, tastes just like a traditional Persian kabob, be sure to get it served on the cherry rice which is delicious.

Vegan Heaven - Edit
We tried Pythagoras for the first time on Saturday night. I'm not sure I know which one I liked more the food or the people. Both were wonderful. I couldn't believe how many options they had for vegan food. It was the longest menu I have seen at a vegan restaurant. We got the queso, wings, pepperoni pizza, chicken gyro, and a kabab. The pepperoni was the closest we have ever had to real pepperoni. Even the cheese on the pizza would fool a non-vegan eater. Everything was amazing. Even the water was great. Everyone should try out this place. Great job.

Pythagoras is a refreshing addition to the Houston vegan scene. - Edit
05/28/22: I mean, you saw all the flying saucers, right? Pythagoras has an *it* factor that can be seen even in its infancy/soft opening. The menu is huge, and it’s not limited to one food type of ethnic background. The full bar is also a huge plus. The food is great, and all the Persian options give it a market that most other places don’t. After trying a good bit of the menu now, I rank this as one of my favorite places in the Houston area.

Holy delicious pizza! - Edit
My husband I were in town visiting his parents and they were excited to tell us about this new vegan restaurant in Sugar Land. They are the furthest thing from vegan, but were good sports. My mother in law especially loved the loaded sweet potato fries! We all enjoyed the friend mushrooms and each got a pizza. I have to say, I think the Annoying Vegan with the stuffed crust was the best of all. We can't wait to come back every time we are in town!

New and fabulous - Edit
I took my mom to Pythagoras yesterday, and we had a wonderful lunch. She’s a carnivore but loved the food. The naan and hummus is delicious. I had a pizza and she had the ginger and carrot miso soup with a half sandwich. We loved everything and only wish we had room for dessert. The restaurant has a great vibe and room for large parties. I loved the decor. The staff was super attentive. We’ll be back for sure.

Planet Vegan Kabob Koobideh - Edit
Okay, so I thought my Middle Eastern food fantasy was over as a non-meat eater. Wrong! The Koobideh was an umami bomb for me. Basmati rice cooked perfectly with charred tomato and red onions. Excellent! Planet Vegan big love for this establishment. Thank you😄
