Outstanding vegan café – worth a return visit! 🌱 - Edit
We tried this café recently and were blown away. The V-fish was incredible – perfect texture and crispy batter – honestly one of the best vegan “fish” dishes we’ve ever had. It was so good we came back the very next day just to order it again.
Read moreThe coffee is solid, there’s a lovely outdoor seating area, and the whole place has such a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly and genuine (special shout-out to Mand for the laughs 😄).
On both visits we couldn’t resist taking more home – pasties, sausage rolls and cakes – and every single thing was delicious. It’s one of those places where you want to try the whole menu.

The cakes were divine, and the coffee very good.
My partner had the Kebab loaded fries and they were very good, but I was way too enamoured with my vegan fish and chips to eat very much of hers! The texture of the fish was the very best I've tried, the cafe makes this themselves out of tofu and jackfruit and the texture and taste is very close to fish, and definitely the most pleasent vegan fish I've tried (and I've tried a few now!), the tartar sauce and mushy peas were also very good.
I highly recommend this place.

Not sure why everyone is rating this place 5 ⭐️. Or maybe we were just unlucky with our food choices because the quiche and loaded chips with döner kebab were average. But on the plus side they do have a more creative menu than the usual beyond burger. And the outside sitting area is nice.

Read moreOur gluten free vegan quiche is usually served cold with various salads, salad pototoes or fries. Some customers, like yourself ask for the quiche to be heated up, we do inform customers that the only way we can heat it up is in a microwave & unfortunatly the gluten free quiche does hold up well, which is why it is looking a bit sorry for its self in the photo you have posted.
Hopefully your first experience has not totally put you off & you will give us another visit when you are in the area.

Really nice to have lunch at The Pyramid after a long morning exploring Glastonbury. It was nice to have the choice of eating inside or out (we chose outside). We ordered the pastie, the SFC sandwich and the fishy finger sandwich. Generous portions, very filling and they all hit the spot. The sandwiches also had very tasty sauces.

I was referred to the Pyramid cafe while waiting in a queue at the Vegetarian Rainbow cafe a few steps away and I'm glad I tried it. Proper vegan food, with loads of choices. I had the Nourish bowl which was enormous, fresh and very delicious followed by a warmed mince pie with brandy butter which was amazing. Bought a breakfast roll and a date and walnut slice for the journey the next day. Really friendly staff, cosy seating and in the centre of Glastonbury. I can't recommend this cafe highly enough.

Surprisingly, the only all vegan place in Glasto. Been a few times and lots of choices. Can grab a quick take away pasty or cake or get full meals, breakfasts lunch bowls, salads. All tasty, classic homecooked English style food. Cakes delicious, biscoff turnover - highly recommend!

Great menu lots of options, completely Vegan. Seating was a bit basic some extra cushions would be great.we had the Vish and chips which Mr B declared to be really good (high praise indeed from him!) I had the quiche with new potatoes and salad which was lovely although I now wish I'd gone for a breakfast which looks epic. I would have liked a few more cold Beveridge options but there were options and that's probably just me.

Must Do for Vegans - Edit
We visited in April 2024, and had an excellent experience! Everything is vegan & the menu is huge. We had a bowl (which for my whole-foods-loving nature was just perfect), loaded fries, and the kabob wrap—all delicious. The marinated tofu on the fries and in the wrap was something I wish I could create myself. We’d like to have tried everything on the menu! The staff was friendly. There’s seating on the inside and outside. It’s a great spot for plant eaters!!!
