Kind Staff and great food!

We stopped here while driving through town and had a great experience! Not only is the staff knowledgeable about veganism, they went out of their way to help us find great choices! Almost the entire menu can be made vegan. Stop here if you are in town!

Will be back

First time trying Puukaow and I would definitely get it again. All dishes can be made vegan. They even asked when I called and ordered things with tofu if it needed to be vegetarian or vegan. I got the crispy spring rolls and vegan drunken noodles. Both were great!

Pros: Vegan options, Staff is knowledgeable about veganism

Aight

I'm glad they were knowledgeable about veganism and I got my Pad Thai fully vegan. It was pretty oily and ok. The tofu was really good though! I might go back when I get the craving for Thai food!

Pros: Vegan friendly options

Amazing Thai food offering vegan alternatives

I would eat Thai food every day if I could. Usually though, I have to look the other way when it comes to sauces, since fish sauce is in many of my favorite dishes. Puukaow’s owner actually asked if we would prefer the vegan fish sauce, which I’d never heard of in a restaurant! Now we can eat with our conscience at ease.

Highly recommend all the curries, the phad thai, and the tom yum. Big portions for the kids too!

Pros: awesome food and cocktails, great service and nice atmosphere, local art

Cons: on the expensive side for Pueblo, located in Pueblo West
