I thing on this location is stille ie budist vegetarian restaurant but the name and owner may have changed.
However to food was really tasty, and they have a wide range of dishes, from dumplings to bbq, to spicy and sour noodles, mock meat and mock fish and nice vegetable dishes. If you are bit bigger group there are private round tables on the first floor, downstairs is a bit more crowded but also you get to see more of what is happening. We were welcomed and they did there best and get some volunteers to communicate with us also using translation apps or whoever that was around and spoke English. We seemed to be a curiosity as Europeans between all Chinese guest.
