The cupcakes are epic!!! - Edit
I’m always worried about gluten-free stuff…it’s not always that good. But the vegan cupcakes at the gluten-free bakery are out of this world delicious! I will say, for some odd reason, the full-sized cakes are not a favorite of mine…I don’t know what the difference is, but I just stick with the cupcakes now and I am never disappointed! Highly recommend any of the chocolate cupcakes or the vegan carrot cupcake if it’s available!

Sandwiches! Baked goods! - Edit
Practically half the menu is vegan!
Read moreThe sandwiches here are so so good. My favorite is the adult spicy grilled cheese which is a vegan pepper jack with pesto and tomato and arugula and deliciousness. But the pacific cruzer is also great. Their baked goods rotate, but you’re lucky if you get the apple cinnamon muffin or any of the coffee cakes. Their cupcakes are delicious as well.
Pros: So affordable!!

Amazing vegan options! - Edit
They have great, fresh sandwich options for vegans which is awesome, they make their cheese in-house too I believe. They have baked goods as well and have the ones that are vegan marked 🥰

Vegan goodness - Edit
I was actually getting coffee when I found this place and I am glad I did. I got a couple items to go to take back with me on my trip home. I got the vegan GF chocolate walnut cookie and the chocolate muffin. Even eating them two days after I purchased they were still delicious and moist. There were vegan donuts in the case too but I didn’t try those.

Vegan Bakery and Sandwich Shop - Edit
Amazing sandwiches and delicious pastries. Just note not everything is vegan. Everything vegan is marked with a "V". Do visit on Sundays, as it is their Donut Day...and ALL of them are vegan!!

Lovely baked goods - Edit
I get their cookies and breads. Their vegan ban mi is also very good but always soggy. I don’t mind it since I love the pickled veggies and marinated tofu.

Sooo Good!!! - Edit
Love this little gem in Sacramento. The sandwhiches are so good - I love how they have a vegan menu and that everything is gluten-free. I'd say 1/4 to 1/2 their baked goodies are vegan. Great location too - right off the freeway and it's right next to the Sacramento Co-op.

Awesome sandwiches!! - Edit
I've had three of the vegan sandwiches here and they are all so good!! They also have a wide variety of vegan baked goods. Good place to go with non vegans as they have good regular sandwiches too. The portobello cruzer with fig jam is one of the best vegan sandwiches I've ever had!

All sandwiches can be veganized. All pastries are dairy-free but not all of them are vegan.
Read moreAll vegan menu items are extremely tasty. I have it only four stars because there's not enough sitting, and the location is really small.
Pros: tasty food, good prices, you don't have to wait long
Cons: not enough sitting , lots of people, gets hot inside

You can get vegan cup cakes and other treats just about any time. You can get a blow-your mind vegan chocolate cake if you order ahead of time.

Uses Refined Sugar - Edit
The owners say that their products are vegetarian, however they use refined sugar!! She had no idea what bone char was, and no idea that was how sugar was refined! Definitely not vegetarian.
