Open Tue-Fri 6:30am-8:00pm, Sat 10:00am-9:00pm, Sun 10:00am-6:00pm.

Wow! - Edit
Ate here for first time, exceptional vegan options and the food was delicious! Portions are generous, you won't leave hungry. The owners are wonderful people...great customer service. Can eat in or take out.

We are newly vegan. Restarant was so nice. Food was delicious and fresh. Juice bar was amazing. Owner very sweet, helped us with ordering! Wish we lived closer!

Enhancing the NW Suburbs - Edit
I had lunch with my husband at Purple Sprout after running an errand in the NW suburbs. We both chose seitan dishes, and both were great. The portion sizes were perfect, and I really appreciated the attention to rounding out the meal with vegetables and salad. Unless I go to a vegetarian restaurant, I find that it is difficult to get enough vegetables when eating out. The coffee wasn't so great, but this may have been personal preference, as I haven't found any non-dairy milks that mix to my satisfaction with coffee. I'd rather have my coffee black, but I wasn't paying enough attention when my husband ordered it, so that's my fault. I would certainly go to this restaurant again.

Wonderful Vegan Food - Edit
We had a wonderful lunch here-hemp seed veggie burger, lentil soup, and a chickpea veggie scramble crepe. Very flavorful and filling. Took some desserts home for later-cheesecake and cookies, along with some kale chips. Everything was great. The owners were very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

We had a really good dinner there. The food is not very complex ( recipes) but tasteful, it seems they take care of choosing ingredients as much as they can organically and there is plenty of option for everybody.
Family owned business , Russian recipe ( vegan style ) at the casting corner and really kind people.
Will come back

Great food! Wonderful atmosphere! - Edit
So far I have been to Purple Sprout twice. Both times I had a splendid experience! The food is great, the atmosphere is just wonderful, warm and cozy. They have a cute and cozy setup and play beautiful lounge music. They also have interesting things for sale. I bought shungite balls for meditation. They have small organic produce section for sale.
I tried their lentil soup with sour cabbage, yucca balls stuffed with tempeh, vegan strawberry cake, pancakes and tea. Everything was fantastic like homemade meal. I will come back for more!

Wow! Delicious all vegan unique fare. Owners are caring and compassionate. Adorable atmosphere. I want to come here everyday! We tried many items because I felt like a kid in a vegan candy store. Mint chocolate cheesecake is fantastic. Very impressive place! I thoroughly recommend!
