Yum! - Edit
I found these folks at the Tasty Tuesdays Food Truck gathering in The Milk District tonight. It was a tough choice between getting a smoothie or a fruit bowl. Both had lots of yummie options. I finally decided on a fruit bowl with pitaya (aka dragon fruit), bananas, mango, pineapple, and chia seeds. Of course, it also had acai ice cream and granola. I didn't notice any pineapples & coconuts used as bowls, but that's probably just because I was too busy enjoying the food.
Pros: Fresh fruit, Vegan Acai ice cream, Fun combos
Cons: Watch out for the honey, but it is local, It's a food truck, so ya gotta know where they are
