Serves meat, vegan options available. Small restaurant with lots of personality. Features a varied menu that includes appetizers, salads, curry, crepes, pasta, and daily changing house special. Choice of tofu available on the main dishes. Brunch on Sunday. Open Wed-Thu 5:00pm-8:00pm, Fri-Sat 5:00pm-8:30pm, Sun 11:00am-1:00pm. Open Wed-Sat from 5pm.

Thai goodness

Very yummy… I would go again for sure. BYOB

Tasty and Romantic

I previously dined at Purple Chopsticks as a vegetarian, and in recent years as a vegan. Last week's vegan dinner was for the purpose of celebrating our anniversary. We were shown to a table for 2, outdoors, in a secluded little spot that I didn't even know existed! I ordered the red curry with tofu. I told them that I'm vegan and they cooked it accordingly. Yum! My husband had the sesame ginger tofu salad and it was delicious! They made it without feta for him.
This quirky little spot displays wonderful art, mostly from the local Passionworks Gallery. It is my favorite restaurant in Athens!

Pros: delicious food, eclectic, artsy atmosphere

Cons: on busy nights reservations are recommended

Absolutely Wonderful Experience

Great eclectic atmosphere with DELICIOUS food. After walking through the funky restaurant admiring the art for sale on the wall (pieces made locally by artists with special needs) my date and I sat outside on the bridge. We enjoyed amazing food while admiring the fish and snakes swimming about 9 feet below us. I got the Sweet Potato Peanut Pasta and she got the Yellow Curry made vegan.

Pros: atmosphere, art, unique tastes

Cons: BYOB and no soda
