Amazing as always! - Edit
We love Purezza (so much we even went to the Camden branch on our wedding day!) and this trip was as great as ever!
Read moreThis branch is much smaller than the Camden one but it has a nice cosy decor and ambience. Our server was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
They have a 3 small plates for £18 lunch offer but we had a 50% off pizza voucher so we went for that instead. We got the voucher through their mailing list - I’d definitely recommend signing up as they don’t overdo the emails and they sometimes have great deals like 50% off!
We went for the Four Cheese Pizza and Black Truffle Pizza and they were both delicious as ever! The sourdough base is delicious (they also have alternatives including gluten free) and the toppings and flavours are just excellent as well. Both pizzas were absolutely delicious and I’d highly recommend. They were both great but if I had to pick I would say the flavour of the Black Truffle edged it. Both ones we chose also featured Honestly Tasty cheeses which if you haven’t tried on their own are available in Marks and Spencer and are also really delicious!
I also like that they have gender neutral toilets and sustainable toilet paper. Purezza is just awesome and I would highly recommend a visit!
Pros: Delicious food, Super friendly server, Cosy ambience

Amazing 100% vegan pizza - Edit
Don't miss this place if you are visiting Brighton. They opened a branch in London as well but I have been there yet. They offer regular sourdough base, hemp and gluten-free.
Read moreHere is a picture of the Pizza I ordered. I don't remember what's the name and I have no idea if it is still available on the menu. It was made using a few kinds of cheese. Delicious, but felt too much for one person.

Delicious vegan pizza - Edit
Ordered the dough balls which were fantastic, the couch potato pizza which was amazing, and the parmigiana party which was also delicious. We were accidentally brought a pesto manifesto pizza (the waitress’ first day) but she resolved the issue and brought us the correct pizza. We did eat some of the pesto manifesto which was also very good! The sourdough crust is fabulous and even better the next day! They have tons of options for nut free, gluten free, soy free, and raw dietary needs. Would recommend!

So so so delicious - Edit
Purezza never disappionts. Went there on my last day in Brighton. The food is quick on the table and nicely presented. Pizza and dough balls were piping hot and very well seasoned. The staff very attentive and friendly.
Read moreI like the atmosphere as well. It is low key and clean. And pricewise also reasonable.
The orange and chocolate cake from the daily specials was heavenly. So chocolaty and not so sweet. The dark chocolate perfectly complimented by the sweetness of the vanilla ice-cream.
Thank goddess it was a warm and sunny October day and as the pounds gained would not melt away in the sun, a long walk on the beach was in order.
But so worth it!

Had the raw pizza (delicious but kinda wish I'd gone for normal after seeing my partner's) a chocolate Banana shake which was rich and filling and a gf vegan macaroni cheese. I was born away by everything and wish I'd had room for dessert!

Fantastico! - Edit
Quick friendly service and excellent pizzas. We arrived around 12.30pm and there were just a few diners but it very quickly filled up and in the end just about every chair in the place was occupied. Great quality pizzas that were such a pleasure to eat along with vegan wine and beer. Almost as good as Gigi's in Sydney, Australia.

I had been to Purezza in Camden and was left very disappointed by their pizza fumosa. However, this time in Brighton I had the parmigiana party.. and it was simply amazing. So so delicious! The staff was not the friendliest I have to admit, even though the pizzaioli were singing italian songs at the back and cheered up the atmosphere!

Expectations Exceeded! - Edit
We thought the food was fantastic! We (party of 5) started with the raw cheese platter and each flavor was unique and yummy. Even the crackers were delicious. We also loved the pizza. The topping combinations on the menu were unusual, it was hard to pick, but we were very happy with the Volcano, Parmigiana Party and Season.4.Pizza.1. We also had a side of mac and cheese to taste - the best mac and cheese I've had. And then....there was the tiramisu. That was absolutely the best tiramisu I've ever had!

Eat in - Edit
We got take out pizza and mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was sensational and everything you want from mac and cheese, but slightly small. The pizza was a little soggy when we got to it but this was likely from being the the take away box or needed another few mins in the oven. The pizza base was thin and delicious, but again a bit too small. We got one pizza and a side for two people thinking that would be enough, but this was just enough for one person.

Absolutely delicious food. The Mac n cheese is incredible, if it wasn’t a vegan only restaurant I would have questioned it. Expensive though, I spent £25 on my own!

Very disappointing - Edit
Finally managed to make it to a Purezza, be it not in my home town of London but lovely Brighton. Was really looking forward to having an amazing vegan pizza - it has been months!
Read moreDecided on the Calzone (caramelised onions, silken ricotta cheese, seitan, marinated chickpeas and spinach) as I love a good "pizza pasty". When the order arrived I was surprised by the flatness of the pizza, which did not resemble the usual pasty shape I am used to, though I was still eager on trying it.
Unfortunately the calzone was utterly bland and had no flavour at all. A real disappointment and at 14 not a cheap one. I had hoped to find another vegan gem in Purezza, but I think I can easily skip trying the London branch with so much vegan food on offer in the capital.
Personally I think this pizza or the chef need improvement, but giving a 2 seems a little harsh as it wasn't disgusting.
Cons: Severely lacking in flavour, Expensive

Has lots on the menu and also a lot of gluten free options. The food is good but very expensive. I ordered a margarita pizza as was the cheapest thing but it didn’t have loads of cheese, considering it was the only topping - the cheese was really good though!

It was a great experience we had finding and eating in this amazing totally plant based restaurant. Food is all vegan, superbly cooked, delicious pizza, taste is out of this world, excellent price and super friendly staff (special mention to Filipino, Sarima and the lady at the door who got us a table!). Highly recommended if you are visiting Brighton!
