We love Purezza (so much we even went to the Camden branch on our wedding day!) and this trip was as great as ever!
Read moreThis branch is much smaller than the Camden one but it has a nice cosy decor and ambience. Our server was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable and welcome.
They have a 3 small plates for £18 lunch offer but we had a 50% off pizza voucher so we went for that instead. We got the voucher through their mailing list - I’d definitely recommend signing up as they don’t overdo the emails and they sometimes have great deals like 50% off!
We went for the Four Cheese Pizza and Black Truffle Pizza and they were both delicious as ever! The sourdough base is delicious (they also have alternatives including gluten free) and the toppings and flavours are just excellent as well. Both pizzas were absolutely delicious and I’d highly recommend. They were both great but if I had to pick I would say the flavour of the Black Truffle edged it. Both ones we chose also featured Honestly Tasty cheeses which if you haven’t tried on their own are available in Marks and Spencer and are also really delicious!
I also like that they have gender neutral toilets and sustainable toilet paper. Purezza is just awesome and I would highly recommend a visit!

World's Best Pizza - Edit
Having already tried the Camden branch I knew what I would be getting when I came to the Brighton one. Was not disappointed. How they make a four vegan cheese pizza taste so good I just don't know. All the other flavours I have tried have been equally as mind-blowing. Honestly couldn't be better.

Looking at all the five star reviews I wonder if we are missing something. The pizza base was burnt on the outside and soggy in the middle. The toppings were ok but not particularly full of flavour. I was confused by the food descriptions which were all meat and cheese, I'd rather eat real food than pretend cheese and meat.

A pleasure as always. This visit we opted for the BBQ bourbon (which could have had slightly more BBQ), the parmigiana (delicious) and the chocolate hazelnut milkshake (which was fantastic, exactly what I hope for when I order a milkshake).

Read moreThere were so many pizza options and other things to choose from. We ordered the: Dough Balls, Slow-Cooked Meatballs, Pepperoni & Agave pizza, Margherita pizza, Parmigiana Party pizza & the Four Seasons pizza.
I was a bit disappointed at the 'cheese' as I still felt it had that 'cling-to-your-teeth' kind of feel but not too overbearing.
The pizza overall was very tasty and the crust was amazing! The Meatballs were very meaty and the sauce with it was delicious! The dough balls didn't state that they contained 'cheese' on the menu description, so I wasn't a huge fan of the balls. But if you love vegan cheese definitely give them a go! Overall, a very tasty meal.

The pizza was fantastic! We had pizza, Mac and cheese, tiramisu, and drinks. The pepperoni and agave pizza was especially good. The tiramisu was amazing! I’ve never had such good vegan tiramisu before. Drinks were really good too and the music vibe was great.

The first vegan restaurant I ever went to way back in 2016 - and it just keeps getting better 🤗 they do a lunch deal of a mini pizza, small plate and a drink for £15 which I enjoyed as I always struggle to finish a massive pizza to myself.

The best fully vegan pizza place I know of. Still as good as the very first time I tried it (before I went vegan!!) if not, better! The pepperoni was probably the best pepperoni I’ve had so far.

We had the Pepperoni & Agave pizza the BBQ Bourbon pizza, and they were both great (but my favorite by far was the Pepperoni & Agave). We alsl ordered the New York Cheescake and the vanilla gelato.

Amazing pizza! My (italian!!) friend and I loved the 4 cheese and the truffle - he didn’t even realize thex were vegan before I told him.

The dough was fantastic.
One star is off for the staff who didn‘t inform us about available deals (lunch and others) so we ended up overpaying. Do check the website!
