Nice Cafe - Edit
We travelled about 45 minutes to visit the cafe. We went to order food and drink, they had a lot of food missing. The Orange juice machine was broken too.

Lovely spot, great grub - Edit
Turned up with a couple of mates that I hadn't seen for ages. When we arrived none of us were that peckish so we decided to have a stroll around the area, appreciating the wildlife and nature in general. One of us also likes watching shipping so we went down as far as the riverbank (The Thames) to watch activity at the London Gateway container terminal.
Read moreWe misjudged time so when we returned to the Pureplanet café unfortunately we were too late for any of the delicious sounding main, savoury dishes. The café staff were happy to serve us a self of vegan cakes and hot and cold drinks and did not place any pressure on us to clear off for them to clean up. Very nice and friendly.
I was impressed and at some point in the future will return with my family. I think that they will end it.

Really delicious veggie food in an unexpected location. A good destination for a weekend bike ride that needs to be rewarded with cake.

The coffee and food here is really delicious. The setting is really relaxing and very dog friendly.
Read moreThere is plenty of outdoor seating when the weather is fine enough but our dogs are welcome inside, they always look forward to their treat of a vegan sausage each!
This cafe has a community feel and there's always plenty of things going on on site to interest you in another visit.

This cafe has now become 100% vegan/vegetarian menu but allways had great vegan options.

With the fully vegan breakfast and orange juice coming to around £14.50, this breakfast was worth every penny! One of the best breakfasts I‘ve had recently (loved the roasted peppers, homemade beans and hash browns).
