Fresh and vibey… sometimes - Edit
I really enjoy the food here. It’s fresh, colourful and not too oily. Their homemade, cashew-based sauces are probably my favourite thing about every dish! The menu is the same as their Old Town branch which I’ve eaten at several times, and my current top listers are the guacamole quesadilla, falafel wrap and Mexican bowl (sans Thai basil pesto dressing, the flavours clash so much imho).
Read moreThere’s not much seating and the Old Town one wins on comfort and general *vibes*, but this little place still has its own charm. It’s located inside Freeative Art Space, which means that sometimes it’s completely deserted and at other times it’s buzzing, especially when there’s a festival or event going on!
Note: Opening hours on Google are wrong, but correct on HappyCow as of today. Check their Facebook page for the latest updates.
Pros: Ethically vegan 💚, Homemade sauces 😋, Artsy atmosphere 💃
Cons: Limited seating 🪑

Lovely grub - Edit
We had the tacos, seitan summer rolls and spicy soup between two of us and they were all great. The portions were also fairly big: I was hungry and can generally eat a lot but the spicy soup would have been enough for me, the tempeh weren't needed (although were lovely!).
Read moreThey had lots of condiments but in particular the cashew sour cream was very tasty - I'll definitely be trying to make that at home! #Veganuary

Salad heaven - Edit
After thoroughly enjoying meals at the Phuket branch we were keen to try Chiang Mai’s venue.
Read moreFirst impressions when we arrived were disappointment over the small tables and cramped functional seating. The venue is better suited to individual diners or couples. The next thing to contend with is that service can take a long time because there are only 1 or 2 people running the business, so it’s probably best to come at odd times or try and book orders before you arrive. If you come with a large party you will need to be patient.
However, the food is delicious and if you are really into fresh raw produce, and we are, then you are in for a treat because this venue really owns the niche. Portions are fairly generous and there’s just heaps of fresh crispy veg and flavoursome dressing. The falafels are unconventional but delicious. We ordered the falafel and humus wraps, vegetable wraps, som tam and fresh spring rolls, all were consumed with gusto and not with too much added oil. Thai tea was served with a really nice sweetener, not the usual cheap syrups. There are also pastas and a burger option.
A lot of thought and care goes into the ingredients and food preparation and the hostess is friendly and professional. There’s innovation across the menu and also lovely desserts. Portions vary from modest to generous and are generally good value.
Highly recommend for the health conscious.

Above average prices for average food - Edit
We've eaten there three times, twice for breakfast and once for dinner. The venue looks nice when you first arrive. But it is a generally underwhelming experience. The staff are not welcoming, and we've noticed that they seldom clean the bathroom or empty the trash. We worry about what other cleaning they are skipping.
Read moreThe food is okay, but if you are looking for authentic thai flavors, there are a lot of better vegan choices in town.

Vegan favourite - Edit
This is one of my all-time favourite vegan restaurants. The garden is beautiful and the food is delicious. I was so happy to be able to visit again, and the falafel wrap was just as amazing as I remembered it to be - possibly one of the best falafel wraps I have ever eaten. The mango and coconut plate was always delightful. 100% recommend.

A bit expensive - Edit
It's a good vegetarian restaurant. Good taste and good presentation. A bit too expensive without reason and they don't have many options in the menu.

Very relaxed place with good food - Edit
It's located in a nice relaxed area, with good food options. I don't know if the place itself is 420 friendly, but for anyone who'd like that kind of thing, there is a coffee shop pretty much next door. So the smell can travel to this restaurant as well. The staff was very friendly and the food good.

it’s okay if you’re around - Edit
the place was very empty and quiet when we arrived. the lady was cooking by herself, which took a while but it was okay since the area was nice and peaceful. the flavours were quite strong so I ordered some rice for my salad. overall it was nice but it’s quite pricey to be honest.

I don't think there is an item on the menu that doesn't taste good! my favorite is the gnocchi, so many flavors perfectly combined! the chocolate mousse is a must try!!
Read morethe restaurant is located in a quiet area, in the freeative art space, which is a collection of little shops, cafes and restaurant in a circle with a stage in the middle.
the prices are quite high, so it's rather a treat than a daily lunch-place

Good, fresh food! - Edit
Started with the cucumber turmeric elixir which was very flavorful and delightful. Got the smoky jackfruit bowl and the falafel bowl and both were fresh, colorful, and filling. Sticky toffee cake was great too. Atmosphere of this area was so so good! Food was a bit expensive for Thailand (but not really, as I paid a little less than $11 usd for my meal)

Beaut spot with delish but expensive food - and don’t go here for açai bowls! - Edit
I’ve come on quite a few occasions and every time the food has been SO yum, aside from the one time I decided to get an açai bowl which was a big miss...They put raw cocoa powder on top as one of the toppings....which unless you mix the whole bowl up, just makes you choke on powder?? Go elsewhere for your smoothie bowl.
Read moreThings that were simply amazing though were; breakfast burrito, breakfast bowl, sweet potato gnocchi (!!!!), and quesadilla. All cooked to perfection in a chill location, with a nearby market area which is super cute.

Good if you're bored of Thai food - Edit
Vegan restaurant serving original food which looks familiar but tastes different from what you'd expect. It's somewhat fancy and not cheap - I wouldn't eat there every day. But they have loyalty cards (or at least had when I last visited). It's a chain restaurant so you can find it in other popular spots in Thailand.
Read moreThe new location is nice but watch for mosquitoes if you come in the late afternoon - there are loads of them. You'll need taxi or own transport to get there (unless you live nearby). Parking shouldn't be a problem.
