Cute allergen friendly, healthy, sustainable baked goods - Edit
Won a box of vegan baked goods and a gift card at a gala. For Earth Day the month of April's menu was entirely vegan.
Read moreRecently we just ordered a vegan assortment for pickup this past weekend. Everything we have tried is delicious! I love how Kim is allergen friendly with many gluten free, vegan, dairy free options and sustainable focus. Also many of her baked goods avoid refine sugars and are a much healthier option than other vegan baked goods out there, which I prefer.
If you only like super sugary sweet treats or never had gluten free treats, you may be disappointed. These treats are wholesome, healthy and very nourishing, packed with nuts, seeds, dried fruits, spices.
A few options to order and self serve pickup or find them at farmers markets posted on their website.
Kim is super lovely. Recommend emailing or calling if you have any questions!

Read moreYou can order custom goods and on Fridays you can walk in and get whatever she has in a case.....probly had like 15 items,5 of which were vegan.
I got the breakfast oat thing, a blueberry muffin, and a scone for about $20.

Pure pastry is located right in our neighborhood and is such a treasure being gluten intolerant and dairy free it’s impossible to find treats that taste AND look as gorgeous as her teams treats are.

Kim is a genius when it comes to baking and has a ton of knowledge of vegan pastry. I always buy something from her at the Salem Farmers Market and look forward to ordering other options from her off season.

Read moreWe get cakes, cookies, snicker doodles, breakfast cookies (these are great for hiking!), biscotti... oh don't forget the truffles!
Just ask her about her farm and her dog and she'll win you over!
