The absolute best - Edit
I almost cried when I saw they were coming to Duncan. Top tier ice cream, hot chocolate, and of course chocolate, and really great vegan ethics.

New vegan chocolate and ice-cream shop! - Edit
A great addition to Duncan. Apparently with two branches already in Victoria, this high-end chocolate shop recently recently opened in Duncan. Didn't try the chocolates, but you can also get a (coconut-based) ice-cream bar, dipped in dark or 'milk' chocolate, and then coated in a range of things to choose from. Highly recommended!
