Terrible service - Edit
After enjoying the pure kitchen located in westboro, my friends and I went to lunch at the Elgin location. After waiting at the table for over five minutes before our server greeted us I should have known that was the beggining of a bad time. The server was Extreemly rude, kept questioning my food choice, and was unatentive. Never checked to see how our meals were and when part of my food never came she tried arguing with me how I would still have to pay for it but I could take it to go. ( if she checked on home our meals were I could have had the chance to say how part of my meal never came). The tofu was so burnt it was uneatable and the portions were not compatible between the people at my table. Totally unimpressed by the way the staff treats customers!
Pros: Location , Vegetarian
Cons: Bad service , Burnt food

Not so sure anymore - Edit
I really liked this place at first (the only vegetarian restaurant in Westboro), but now I find the portions stingy and the food quite predictable.
They really need to expand their menu -- and the size of their portions -- if they want their customers to be satisfied.

Terrific - Edit
The food is terrific. Clean place! The poutine kinda sucks but other than that, the bowls and burgers are great and the smoothies wonderful too. Great service. A little busy at peak times. Street parking only so sometimes you might have to walk a block or two after parking. Terrific place. You won't regret visiting this one!
Pros: Food, Smoothies, Service

Nice restaurant, very noisy though - Edit
I've been here 4-5 times in the last few months and it's an overall great restaurant. I've never had bad service, though at times it has been slow.
This is a fully vegetarian restaurant with a plethora of vegan options clearly marked. It's not overly expensive and portions are pretty big for what you pay.
The menu changes constantly with new additions and ingredients, and the food is always delicious. The best tempeh i've ever tasted was in the Warrior bowl. There's tons of smoothies, juices, desserts, soups, salads, wraps, so many things. The mushroom gravy poutine is mouth-watering.
This place is very busy and it can get loud and hectic, but I think that's part of the charm for me.
Pros: Great good, Great prices, Easy to get to location
Cons: Loud, Service can be slow

Food is good, but... service needs work - Edit
I went for the first time a few days ago. The food was really good -- who doesn't love a bowl of noodles? -- but I didn't like the way the wait staff all hung around the bar in the front chatting and checking their phones constantly. Actually, it was quite distracting. The Hintonburg-West Wellington-Westboro area is now spoiled for veg restos and I hope that this new edition does not push out some of the very fine older options in the rush to try the latest model.

Undecided - Edit
I'm undecided about this restaurant for a number of reasons. It has barely been open, so part of it may be the rush to get the restaurant off the ground.
Menu - very small print, bring your magnifying glass. Also, the drink menu looked exactly light the food menu, so one of us got a drink menu instead of the food menu.
I found it hard to figure out what meals were vegan and which were not, until I found the littlest green dot ever.
When I do beans I at home, I consider them done when they are soft. I have to say, the chickpeas were still very crunchy (al dente would be a bit generous). I didn't have any digestive upset, so I'll leave it to the reader to decide if they think the chickpeas were cooked or not.
Being vegan and sensitive to some ingredients, there was only one or two dishes I could eat. I ended up with a tempeh wrap, and it was actually excellent in taste and texture. The plate was warm, but the sandwich was not, which I thought was odd (disappointing) for a winter meal in Ottawa. I'm pretty active, so I found the portion size about 1/2 to 1/3rd of what I would normally eat, despite extra calories from the soup and $5 tart (not on the menu, which is why I'm reporting it here).
The ambiance was noisy, I didn't enjoy the music, but that was okay. It was the sound from the expresso machine and perhaps blender.
Definitely, the best tempeh I've ever had, so the place has potential. I hope they do some soundproofing.
One friend got to choose from brown or white rice, which is great to have the whole grain available.
The service started out oddly - the first person who greeted us was saying something about getting seats (did I mention the place was noisy?) when all I could focus on was these super-red lips moving on a very white face, as though she were a mime. The next person said something a little odd and I feared that it was going to be a yoga-cult experience, but the service did end up being great. I will go back again when they have had a chance to tweak their business. I know how hard it is starting a business, so kudos to them all. We need vegan and veg resto's in Ottawa.
Pros: service, healthy choices, vegetarian
Cons: smaller portions, noisy environment , menu

Fantastic! - Edit
Reasonably priced. Delicious. What a great addition to the neighbourhood!
My favourites were the smoothies and black bean and sweet potato tacos. Lots of menu options for future visits.
Vegetarian heaven.
Pros: Diversity, Price, Atmosphere
