Vegetarian buffet offering a variety of dishes for lunch and dinner that include spring rolls, vegetable dishes, rice dishes and soup. Many dishes are vegan but several contain egg and at least one contains milk. Tongs are shared so there could be cross contamination for those with an egg allergy. Open Mon-Sat 10:30am-2:00pm, Mon-Fri 4:30pm-7:30pm.

super large vegan buffet with just a few dishes vegetarian but it’s clearly labeled if there’s milk/eggs in them. it tasted wonderful and walking distance from the station!

Delicious vegan buffet. Lots of options laid out. A couple of dishes include eggs and milk but they are labelled. You take as much as you want and your tray is weighed to determine the price. We had 2 plates for lunch and it was $200 for both.

Vegan buffet near Taichung Station. - Edit
Located one block from Taichung Station, Pure Gourmet offers c choice of over 50 delicious and freshly-prepared vegan dishes for lunch and dinner. Diners simply choose what they want and place them in their tray. Prices are by weight, (generally about $170 NT for a decent sized meal). A simple soup is included, but rice (either white rice or rice with mixed grains) costs $10 to $15 NT respectively. There is plenty of room for indoor dining. Take out available.
