THE BEST LASAGNA

I’m Italian , born and raised in Italy and let me tell you ... THE BLACK MAGIC LASAGNA is something else ! Also the BAKED RICOTTA 🤤 the bruschetta , the linguine di mare and if you go for Brunch Get the Nutella crostini ! I am so happy there is a VEGAN ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN LA! Also the chef is super sweet , huge list of wines (all vegan) and they have an espresso machine ! 🥐☕️

Wanted it to be great, but...

Food is pretty, but has no flavor. Had the Pomodoro Pasta, it didn’t taste like there was any garlic or salt. Totally BLAND. Even the tomatoes weren’t sweet, just flavorless. Italian food can easily be made vegan, but you need to use the best quality and flavorful ingredients since the dishes are so simple. I’ve traveled throughout Italy many many times and this place wouldn’t be anywhere in Italy. Nowhere would they put ‘meatballs’ on top of pasta! No bread offering when seated. The wine pour was small... less than average, barely 4 sips. They did just open, maybe they forgot to buy garlic and salt...

Pros: Nice looking menu

Cons: $15 Tomato Pasta, Flavorless

Cuisine italienne fine
