Amazing 😍 - Edit
The menu of this place goes way beyond the outdated hummus sandwich. They even have breakfast burritos! I love them, but they're so rare to find in the Netherlands. It was de-li-cious 👌 what a little gem on this island!

Really impressed by the dishes that we tried here. The breakfast burrito was already really good but two days later we came back for the vegan waffles and sticky tempeh sandwich. They were so tasty! This place also serves one of the best espresso's on the island. Looking forward to return once we are back on the island again!

After having eaten fries with ketchup for three days, Pura Vida was a very welcome surprise. The menu offers various vegan options, both sweet and savory.

We ordered the breakfast burrito, sticky tempeh baguette, a flat white and a miso caramel coffee. All very nice, although the serving sizes were a bit small. The breakfast burrito was deconstructed, which we did not expect. The tempeh could've been stickier, and a sauce and some more veggies would've helped. Overall however, the dishes were very tasty.
Pros: Ample choice (even various plant based milks), Creative plating, Relatively affordable
Cons: Plant-based milk costs more, Relatively small portion sizes, Kitchen closes at 5pm

We spent a few days on Terschelling and became repeat customers at Pura Vida. Amazing vegan options including delicious banana pancakes and 'shwarma'. Friendly people in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Because I was hungry, I took the big bowl of Gado Indo, of course vegan. 😋
This was delicious!
The smoothie Power Pina was also very good.
At the end I had a cortado with oatmilk and a vegan truffle.

De veganistische opties waren hier heel erg lekker. Vooral tijdens de lunch. De kinderen vonden het jammer dat het broodje vegan kebab niet 's avonds verkrijgbaar is. Die is echt heel lekker.
