Disappointing - Edit
This place was recommended to me by someone in one of the local wineries as having excellent Mexican good. Unfortunately this was not my experience. I had the sopas - way too much carrot and hardly any flavour. And the guacamole was bland and had the consistency of soup. It does have vegan options, but I won’t be going back to try any more. The people working there are nice though.

Fredh veggies - veeeery helpful staff - Edit
Staff was extremly helpful and took a lot of time to help and explain us everything. Food was good and fresh veggies. It could be a bit more spiced. But all in all it was a good one and I would go again.

Pura Vida is a local fave! They have vegan options and several dishes that can easily be made vegan with modification. Family owned, friendly staff, nice space.

Mixed veggies were potatoes, squash, and kale - hello! Waitstaff provided plenty of dairy/cruelty-free options, satisfying for vegans and non-vegans in our party.

We Love this Place! - Edit
Pura Vida offered fresh food, consistent goodness and friendly staff. There are at least 5 items to choose from that are on their regular menu. Ask them to hold the dairy and it's no problem. Their nightly soup special, often it is vegan, usually a light and creamy vegetable or fruit puree. We eat here often as it is our only real choice in McMinnville.
