If your stuck you can make it work - Edit
You can always grab an avocado toast or a make a skillet work for you. They recently changed their menu and i find it more difficult. They no longer have a balsamic sauce which is one of their only vegan sauce so I make sure to bring my own.

No vegan options at all! - Edit
I searched Happy Cow for Moncton area restaurants offering vegan option breakfasts open at 8am. Pur & Simple came up so took my friend there for her birthday. Very disappointed NOTHING on menu marked vegan. So I asked food server; he replied “No, we have nothing here.” False advertising for sure. Not ‘pur’

I checked again. The Dieppe location has NO VEGAN menu or meal option. They should be removed from this reference app that I so love & rely on.

Well, it was good, but there's literally only 1 hot option for vegans, and it's a $15 avocado toast.
