Tasty, but only one option

This place has the vibe of a classier version of Cora. It was nice to have a clearly marked vegan option and it was tasty and filling, but there really was only the one option. When I asked my server if other things could be made vegan she said they could make any type of potato on the menu vegan. While I love potatoes, I'd like a bit more than potatoes for a meal. If you end up at Pür & Simple in a group, you'll be okay, but I wouldn't recommend making a special trip there.
