Our favourite Olocuilta pupusas

As a warning for pupusas in El Salvador, ALWAYS specify no cheese (sin queso) because all pupasas come with cheese unless you say otherwise. Frijoles (beans), ayote (squash), and zannahoria (carrot) are some vegan fillings. The salsa and curtido (coleslaw) are vegan! We always come to Zoila after arriving in El Salvador!
