Serves meat, vegan options available. Est. Oct. 2015. Small restaurant outside of the city center has an extensive salad section, all of which are vegan or vegetarian with only the option to add meat. Also has a vegetarian section on the menu, of which several dishes are or can be made vegan, including a breaded cauliflower dish and a wrap. Some soups, juices and desserts are either vegan or could possibly be made vegan upon request. Has weekly menus, which are vegan at times and clearly labeled. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-4:00pm.

Did the job, and more - Edit
A friend and I were in Chetumal and dismayed to find very few options - only two on Happy Cow and neither open that Saturday afternoon. Asking around we were directed here, and were glad for it. The juices were huge and delicious (you won't go wrong with the 'vibrante', and my vegetarian friend and I shared the breaded cauliflower dish (we were told it was vegan) and their stuffed pepper (which was vegetarian) - both were delicious, but especially the cauliflower, both also generously served. Service was quick and while it may not have the absolute dreamiest of locations (the road out from isn't really that busy but it is right there) it was perfect for us just passing through.
