Great food, many vegan options and cosy atmosphere

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Iceland. Whenever I want to go out to a fancy dinner this is my go-to place. Everything vegan (or with a vegan option) is clearly labeled on the menu and they have a few amazing vegan cocktails as well. Highly recommend the all star vegan menu. The cauliflower tempura is amazing and the edamame here are the best I’ve ever tasted.

Pros: Many vegan options and even a vegan set menu, Great food, Good atmosphere

Cons: Pricey

Ridiculous prices

The food was good. But we paid $15 for a scoop of guacamole and 8 chips.
Enough said.

Delicious!

The entire family loved the different vegan menu options as well as the tasting menu. Could not recommend more! Especially the cauliflower.

Perfect for date night

Thoroughly enjoyed their multicourse menu which can be made vegan. Delicious items and we were really full afterwards. Atmosphere of the restaurant is also nice

Vegan tasting menu

After doing a bit of research chose this place to celebrate my 30th birthday. The restaurant is very trendy inside with lots of fake foliage and atmospheric lighting. The menu is primarily meat focused but they do have a few interesting vegan options which is more than some other restaurants.
As it was a special occasion we opted for the 5 course vegan tasting menu. Started off small but but by course 4 we were both so full. Decided to wait a little bit before dessert which was very decadent. Lots of cocktail options and are labelled vegan. Only criticism is there was a Mayo type dressing on 3 of the courses which was a bit samey and rich. Service was very friendly and knowledgeable, right amount of time before each course. Actually thought it was good value for money for the amount of food. Each course was fresh and tasty and interesting.

Pros: Interesting options, Special occasion worthy, Friendly service

Cons: Too much vegan Mayo on some courses

Pricey but worth it.

Having been to Iceland a few times in the past five years, it's refreshing to see more plant-based options cropping up all across the island. Pünk was recommended by the concierge at our hotel and we ended up being quite happy with the experience. While they still cater primarily to a meat-eating clientele, they have several vegan options on the menu, and others can be made vegan. The staff are all very familiar with plant-based food and are happy to help. The cocktail and mocktail options are also excellent. We tried just about every vegan option on the menu, from the green tacos, to the broccoli and tofu skewers, the falafel confit, and the make üp cake for dessert (which, honestly, was our least favorite of everything - it wasn't even really a cake...) -- everything else was excellent. It's not an inexpensive outing, to be sure, but for a special occasion, it's well worth it. Also, literally everything in Iceland is expensive, so make sure to recalibrate that compass before you come!

Pros: Delicious food, Knowledgeable and thoughtful staff, Good ambience

Cons: Expensive (though this is Iceland)
