Delicious vegetarian options - Edit

Maybe a sign on the food if it is vegan. Many dishes use yogurt and ghee but it would be nice to know if there are ones that don't.

Great, authentic Indian food - Edit

This will not a place for everyone. It is located in a gas station to cater to the local Indian population and Indian truck drivers. As such, it's an atypical eating environment.

I loved it. Great food. Authentic (intended for Indians, not Americans so expect spicy). Unique environment with the majority of diners being Indian.

As with most Indian places, there are a good number of seemingly vegan options. I say seemingly because I did not ask about the use of ghee in things that would be expected to be vegan.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Inexpensive
