Great food - Edit
The grocery store has a cozy little corner where they serve lunch. According to the owner, everything on the lunch menu is vegan. I had the soy meat katsu as the main dish. It was very delicious.

The flavors are strong and don’t overpower each other. The meal is filling but light. It’s worth looking around the store too.

Small local shop and restaurant - Edit
I tried the macrobiotic lunch menu which was very good, I had the soy meat patty together with salad, two small sides, miso soup and brown rice. Costs 1000 Yen. Staff was very friendly and welcoming!
