Pueblo - Edit
I discovered Pueblo a few years ago, in Gdańsk, and was super happy when I learned that there is one in Toruń too. I go to Poland at least once a year and always try to visit Pueblo when I go, because the food is so good!

One vegan option, it was ok - Edit
Unfortunately I was eating by myself next to a rowdy table of American lads on some sort of stag like thing. They were rude and abnoxious to the staff, who dealt with them very well. The food was OK, it could have been a bit more flavourful, but I was very glad to find a vegan option in a town I had just arrived in. The staff and location were the highlight of this meal.
