Superb vegan Polish food

This restaurant has it all. It is a classy vegan bar with really helpful owners and outstanding food. The light jazz gives the place a laid back feel. I started with soup and vegan liver.with onions. I hated eating liver as a kid, but after a recommendation, I decided to order this vegan version made with broad beans, and truly enjoyed it. I continued eating, because I am not able to find great vegan Polish food anywhere else in the world. I tried the black sausage with home made multigrain bread and fresh pickels, and washed these down with a fresh lemonade topped with mint.
Delicious! The meal ended with a lazy noodle dish with a cream sauce and topped with berries. Perfectly sweet, rich and creamy.

High recommended!

Pros: Great ambiance, Awesome food, Kind and helpful owners

Thanks for sharing your great passion and positive energy and all the kind words! It was a real pleasure to have you as our Guest, as well as it's an honor to be a part of the change for our city - from Warsaw, the Sausage City => into Warsaw, the Vegan City!😉

The best vegan polish food

Absolutely delicious food. Menu is changing very often because they serve seasonal and fresh ingredients. But the regular menu is top notch. The seasoning is incredible and imitates non vegan food from my childhood. My favourite is kaszanka, kapuśniak, pierogies, smalczyk.

Pros: 100% vegan , fresh ingredients , Polish cuisine

Cons: None

They know what they are doing

We tried everything - the food, the cocktails, the coffee, the cake. They have passion and you can tell. The way the explain the food, cocktails and coffee options to you is just lovely. And everything tasted great.

Jedzenie, klimat, muzyczka

Pros: Jedzenie max dobre , Klimat miejsca , Muzyka

Traditional Polish cuisine a la vegan

Easy-going place labelled Klubokawiarnia. Great vegan food, a creative go on traditional Polish dishes like śledź or chłodnik. I also had kopytka z tofu, fasolką szparagową i kurkami - delicious!

Friendly staff, nice płace, the food is a bit uneven but well worth a visit. Best vegan smalec I have had, lentil soup was also delicious.

The mock duck is to die for!

We also ate kotlet schabowy and tomato soup with rice and they were very good as well

great vibe, food: hit or miss

The vibe is really cool and the place is well worth visiting with friends to spend a nice evening together. Food can be a hit or miss - once I had a fabulous pancakes but the other time my meal was bland and tasteless. Staff is very friendly and the fact that you have bar with vegan and vegetarian food is fantastic 🙂

Great atmosphere

The place is really nice, with a large outdoor area that’s cozy and atmospheric.

I had pancakes with blueberries and they were just perfect! Absolutely delicious, with vegan “sour cream” and jam that combined so well, creating a rich, sweet flavor. Vegan duck was great too. However, moussaka and schnitzel (“schabowy”) ordered by others were tasteless. Moussaka was also dry. So I guess it’s a gamble whether you’re going to get great or average food.

Still, it’s a nice place to hang out.

terrific bar and restaurant

terrific restaurant and bar in the Praga district. very good food, mostly vegan versions of Polish classics: duck with beets, black pudding, schnitzel, etc. they serve a large variety of beers and other drinks. in the summer they have a great Berlin-style garden in the famous Bazar Różyckiego - Warsaw's oldest market. great place to grab a beer and something to eat while enjoying this unique space.

Pros: food and drinks, garden, staff

Be ready for a Looong wait

Vegan duck was delicious, vegan 'kaszanka' (Black pudding) decent and interesting, cold beetroot soup ok. We got there in the evening on a random not busy Monday and still had to wait almost an hour for food.. Apart from that, the place has a nice vibe and sitting area outside.

The wait.

Other than the fact we had to wait about 1h for food and popcorn, the meal itself was exceptionally good. The "duck" plate was astonishing.

Vegan friendly pub

And here's something completely new and unusual on the map of Warsaw. Praska is a pub / club where you can get the first impression that you will have to deal with one of the many places where the most important part is the bar with alcohol. Nothing more wrong. After a few moments, a little brighter lighting, climate, light rock music (with additional live concerts) and very friendly service build the atmosphere of a more familiar, residential Hard Rock Cafe. Nobody would expect vegetarian / vegan food in such a place in Poland. The place prides itself on this fact, so no doubt the owner must have such beliefs. The items on the menu are divided into vegan and vegetarian. Most items cost 3-4 EUR. There is a croque, fries with a cutlet and salad, dumplings and sour rye soup among others. Thus, typically Polish cuisine dominates. The dishes are tasty and the ones tried by me were prepared on the spot, although considering their specificity, probably not all of them. I recommend it because I do not know a second pub in the capital, where vegan food is promoted so much. So what are the cons? There's no air condition so in summer it's definitely TOO HOT. In the winter on the other hand, it's too cold. Besides that, small changes in menu and their approach (adding/removing appetizers, changing prices/portions) can be frustrating.

Pros: Unique place, Tasty food

Cons: Too cold in winter, too hot in summer, Too often changes in menu

Cool place

Cool place with nice atmosphere. I was a bit unlucky as they were run out of their specialty vegan duck and they didn’t have either schabowy. The options were pretty limited so I had mushroom soup and young potatoes with typical cucumber salad. The portions are not big but the food tasty. I need to come back to try the duck.

Pros: Nice atmosphere

Cons: Limited options

Amazing for veg people wanting to try traditional polish dishes

The atmosphere of the restaurant is really cosy and cool. The food was really good, it is a chance to taste the traditional meat polish dishes but vegetarian or vegan.

Fajne Knajpa

Good vegan bar food with a few vegetarian options. Traditionally polish served in an American bar style. Ruin bar style with a great design. Good beer, prosecco, coffee and vegan desserts. Chill during the day, lively at night.

Pros: Design, Ruin Bar, $

Cons: Can be a little cold, Sometimes music is a bit loud, Wish they had warm desserts
