Best place in Chicago for Vegan Protein - Edit
Great bowls, burritos and salads - all available with vegan tofu protein and beans. They even have vegan protein powder for smoothies and almond milk.
Pros: fast service, fresh ingredients , well marked gf and vegan menu

Overall the food was very good and had quality ingrediants, most of the items could be made vegan or already were vegan!

Good Vegan Food! - Edit
Even it's a meat serving location it's a good option for vegans as well. The Protein Bar places great emphasis on healty food. Vegan is no mystery here ;)
There are 12 dishes which can made vegan upon request (some are already vegan from the start).
I recommend the "Bar-Rito" GREEN CITY VEGAN.
Pros: very vegan friendly , comfortable seating
Cons: No vegan shakes

Fantastic Chain! - Edit
They have so many fantastic clearly marked vegan options, I had the original vegan burrito one day and then Green City Vegan the next day and they were both amazing.
There is also another location on Michigan Ave.

This chain is fantastic! Great staff who understand what vegan means! Fresh squeezed juice! It's a great place to grab a quick bite for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack!

Great quick option. Seems like they use decent produce. I was pleased I ordered the green city vegan wrap and a green juice.

Protein Bar - Edit
Protein Bar is doing so well now that they're expanding all around town - this one happens to be closer to where I live. They offer a plethora of vegan options and even have Daiya cheese. My favorite item is the vegan quinoa burrito with Daiya cheese, I suggest you try it.
