Fun Atmosphere - Edit
Eating here feels much like you are actually eating in Germany! The decor and Stein-club options are authentic and it’s an interesting take on a container park restaurant. While the food is delicious and authentic for the most part the one disappointment is the portions are rather small unlike in Germany.

It was bad. - Edit
The only flavor in the dried out vegan brat was the horrendous after taste associated with badly prepared vital wheat gluten. Their spicy mustard couldn't even help cover it up.
Read moreThe fries were served cold and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. And seriously. How do you mess up saurkraut? But they did a good job of that too. It was sweetened. Sweet saurkraut. Go figure.
The worst part was the servers didn't notice or chose not to ask why the whole plate was basically sent back uneaten. It was really that bad.

Great German spot with two clearly marked vegan options. I came here with a non-vegan and we split the two vegan dishes. He loved it!

Wonderful flavor & A quick vegan meal - Edit
I heard about Prost from an online vegan facebook group in Wichita, and was surprised to learn that a German restaurant which specializes in meat products, offered two completely vegan and labeled options on their menu. This restaurant is super cute and fun, and has all verified vegan beers. This would be a great place to hangout on the weekend with non-vegan friends. Of the two labeled vegan options, I tried the Currywurst, which was DELICIOUS. When I got the plate I thought it looked a little small in size and like thrown together, but honestly the vegan wurst itself was so so so good, and I sopped up the curry sauce with the roll and fries I got with the entree. It was incredible! I highly recommend. The waiter told me he was surprised at how many people come in for the vegan options, and I think they would probably be open to adding more vegan items as demand increases! Please give them your business and mention to the chef/managers that you are vegan!
