Amazing vegan brownies

We only discovered Prontos just before we left town, but would have loved to try all their vegan dishes. The photos looked fresh and appealing.

We did try their vegan gluten free brownie, made with sweet potato. It was fab, and yet not at all sickly (the way that regular brownies tend to be). A healthy tasty brownie.
