Best chicken sandwich ever! - Edit
This place is amazing! I had the deluxe and it was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had vegan or non. I live near Nashville, TN & I desperately hope they open a location near me someday because I’m going to be thinking about this sandwich every day until they do. My husband had the Buffalo sandwich & loved it just as much. We also tried the loaded papas & the dirty birdy Mac & cheez. The Mac & cheez was good but we both preferred the loaded fries. The fries were so cheesy & had the perfect amount of spice. A local friend recommended this place to us & I am so thankful she did. We only had a couple days to spend in San Antonio & this place is absolutely worth the stop.

Everything is vegan. Look into the specific location because our project Pollos I ran out of different, at times unique, locations. For example some are ran out of convenient stores, summer and shopping centers, some are large drive-through stand alone buildings. Look into Google images to figure out what kind of location it will be.

The food is really nice, we had the deluxe burgers? Loaded papás and Max and cheese (the Mac and cheese I would skip next time as it’s not full of flavour or cheesy enough as the rest) the burgers and the papas are really nice! Full of flavour and amazingly cooked! I recommend this place! Also they do help the people in need so well worth to eat here

Food was really great, had the original chicken sandwich and a bacon cheeseburger, they didn’t disappoint. Hopes weren’t too high for the burger, but got it on the recommendation of one of the employees. Juicy, super flavorful and hit the spot. Original chicken sandwich was also fantastic, my sister got the hot chicken and she said it was good, but the burger was better.

Made the 2-hour Drive - Definitely Worth It! - Edit
I've wanted to try Project Pollo for a long time now, but since they're based in Texas, I haven't been able to. That is...until now. When I heard that their "Pollo Patrol" was coming to Nashville, which is just 2 hours away from where I live, I thought it was worth the drive. So my family and I went there to give it a try!

Amazing vegan fried chicken - Edit
I had the Deluxe and it was phenomenal!! My boyfriend had the Spicy Project and his was so yummy too, for those who like some heat (he rates it a level of spice 3, for Texans haha…. For me as a Tennesseean, perhaps a 5 spice level).

Best Buffalo Chicken Sandwich - Edit
Wow, probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had ... and I’ve a lot sandwiches! My partner & I split the loaded papas which were great. Loved that they used pico de gallo as a topping! My partner had the deluxe which she really liked. Prices are great, too!

This is by far the best chick'n I have ever had. This small little food truck pumps out some of the best food my vegan tastebuds have ever touched. Chick'n fingers/burgers/fries. They are kind people and will provide food if you cannot afford. They are expanding to other locations and even one in Austin. Roadmap is nextdoor, so you can get a drink and eat delicious vegan food.
