Yum! - Edit
Cute cafe with fun vibes and a fully vegan menu! Everything was delicious and the pastry case was seasonal and themed. Everything tasted amazing. Just wish they had an alternative option for Just Egg (like tofu). MUST try the brioche sandwich buns

Two-Handed Must-Have - Edit
You gotta go here and get the Two-Handed Sandwich! One of my favorite brekkie sammies ever…the JustEgg was perfect and the hashbrowns were crispy. Delicious! Also had a cinnamon bun and a yummy vanilla matcha. My sister’s açaí bowl was really good and I snagged a few of her home fries too.

Cons: Pricey, but probably on par for a touristy area

Fantastic but, There was just one mistake. - Edit
This place is absolutely wonderful! Delicious vegan menu. Fantastic coffee. Usually if I order an omelette from a restaurant toast is included. On this menu the toast is a $4 up charge. Now initially I was OK with that until they brought me out two 1.5“ x 3“ pieces of sourdough toast. If they don’t cut the sourdough bread from the center of the loaf where the slices would be larger perhaps they should consider giving you a few more pieces of toast for $4. Otherwise I Love this place and will be back!!

Cons: An upcharge for toast with an omelette?, $4 for said very tiny pieces of toast?

AMAZING - Edit
I loooooved this food. My non vegan friend did too! Strawberry matcha was so good!! They clearly used quality matcha because it didn’t taste like grass at all. We ordered the big hash browns, French toast, and home fries. I could eat it every single day it was so good 😭

Stupendous vegan cafe - Edit
So outrageously good we went twice in one day after visiting their sister shop a couple days before. Fab French toast and my partner died over the scram sandwich saying he’d get that again next time. Great coffee too and the brown butter cookie was very yummy with sea salt as a contrast. The venue is much larger and more spacious than the sister shop. They are doing special donuts this weekend but you need to preorder, 21st-22nd December. It’s great comfort food and I love how the menus compliment each other and the two different shops, French toast at one and pancakes at the other. Omelette at one and breakfast burrito at the other. Divine!

Great vibe and food - Edit
I immediately fell in love with this place when walking in. It has a great aesthetic, and was bustling with people. The display of treats at the front immediately got my mouth watering, and I was quick to catch in. Of the three that I purchased in my two visits, the cinnamon roll was, indeed, my favorite, as other of yours, I mentioned. Especially when heated up. I the pear muffin was good, with the flaky crust, but the inside was a bit too much pecan pie here for me. And the rice crispy was really fun, white on the marshmallow binding, but still good, and the blueberry flavor was fun.

Solid Breakfast & Coffee Spot! - Edit
We chose THIS Project Coffee because they had hash browns & JUSTegg — great move!
Read moreTheir own roasted coffee (we had an Iced & Hot Latte with oak milk is rich & flavorful — perfect way to start the morning.
Also had the fresh grapefruit juice — very good!
Hash browns come with amazing herbed butter, covered with picked onions & jalepeno (we left those on the plate), but finished this LARGE plate. Yummy.
The French toast was one thick slab of brioche (not gf) totally covered with raspberries & blackberries, real maple syrup with a smear of cashew (sweet) cream. I couldn’t finish it — that’s a LOT of food. Very tasty.
Unfortunately, my gf’s Country-style omelet was sprinkled with what tasted like Goat cheese — the one cheese flavor she can’t stand.
I had a few bites (very testy), until I hit an overly salted patch. Don’t shy away from this dish — just ask them to go very lite on the salt. Comes with fresh, slice avocado & sautéd cherry tomato, omelet cover with the same delicious garlic butter as the hash browns & chives in and on.
The side of the JUSTegg was okay, with micro greens on it.
The environment has a distinctly ‘urban’ feel. Be prepared to wait for your table — this place was packed on a Saturday morning.
We’d come again!

The Just Egg sandwich was so good! I loved the spicy mayo and tomato confit in it. The coffee was great too! Wish I could have gone there again for the French toast with berries and cream!

Tastiest vegan place in town!! - Edit
I love both project coffee locations sooo much!! The espresso is better than any I use at home, and I love literally everything on the menu I’ve tried. Veganized breakfast comfort foods with elevated flavor palettes that make it feel high class!! Look at all the menus before you go—there are some different options at each!

Decent - Edit
I appreciate that they have vegan pastries! I had the Chai latte and it was delicious. The only downside is that they had no public Wi-Fi ( I was hoping to get some work done there) and the music was unusually loud. Also, it was difficult to tell if I had arrived at the right place due to the lack of signage.

Amazing French toast - Edit
Pretty atmosphere, the French toast was amazing, and fluffy. I got the Cortado, avocado toast without radish, and my husband got the French toast. Friendly staff. I didn’t love the avocado toast, and I don’t know why because the bread was good, I love micro greens, I don’t know if there was a seasoning on it I didn’t like maybe? My husband who isn’t a vegan said the French toast was better than “regular” French toast.
