Great vibe and several vegan options - Edit
Love that any of the bowls or salads can have two different vegan toppers- blackened tofu (very flavorful) or impossible burger. The burgers are nicely presented also, and the soft pretzels can be made without butter on request. Lots of fun drink options and a fun trendy vibe.

Friendly staff, glad for options - Edit
I got the impossible burger and a side salad that I had them add the tofu to. It was the same charge as adding it to the bigger salad. There were 3 little chunks of tofu for 5 dollars. Taste wasn't anything spectacular. Burger was fine.

Few options - Edit
Not sure who originally captioned "kitchen makes a seitan.." but that was never the case. There never was seitan in this kitchen. Auburn is a vegan desert, yet you can put together a meal here if you need to, so that's good. But they don't go out of their way to make sure a substantial vegan meal or two are set to order as is. If you get the impossible burger, you have make sure your bun is vegan and specify your toppings. If you get a salad you pay $$$ for some hunks of tofu added to it. So you can get by but the place has the potential to do so much better.

Check the ingredients - Edit
Nice place with a fun atmosphere. Food is labeled vegan and vegetarian, but currently the cucumber watermelon salad is labeled vegan despite having feta labeled as an ingredient. I checked with them: it’s not vegan feta and they said they would inform whoever of the error. They only have two vegan salads and a impossible burger patty currently on the menu. They do have the option of adding blackened tofu to meals for an extra $5 which was overpriced but still tasty. This area doesn’t have too many vegan options so is still an option but hope they add to their vegan options.

Nice people, bad food - Edit
I was so excited to see the impossible burger and seitan on the menu! But both were burnt to an unrecognizable blackened crisp. And the side of vegetables was a tasteless mush. I appreciate the options, but left very disappointed. Good beer though!

Very tasty, needs more vegan options - Edit
I got the ultimate veggie Cuban. Had our waiter check to see if there were any vegan breads because the brioche it comes on is not, and the pretzel roll is vegan. I took off the mayo and cheese. Was very delicious!!

Great!! - Edit
Despite being in a small town with most likely a small veg population, the menu here is clearly labeled with vegan/vegetarian options. They offer seitan and the impossible burger as substitutions. However, they are not explicitly on the menu so be sure to let your waiter know that you are veg!!!
