Delicious Pasta, very affordable. One clearly labelled vegan option, two which can be made vegan (melanzane and pumpkin). The staff is very helpful!

Good quality with an interesting set up - Edit
Really good quality pasta dishes with food value for the portion sizes, and very quick service. You need to tick the boxes next to what you want on the menu, basically, to give in your order which was strangely fun. Really tasty and Al dente. You can choose any of the options that are vegetarian then physically cross out the ingredients that aren't. For example, I got wholewheat penne with fried aubergine and basil-infused tomato sauce and a dash of olive oil but I had to cross out ricotta from the ingredients. I think there were two other vegan sauces, one was pumpkin based and then the standard basil-tomato. No vegan desserts but there were a few side dishes like chips/fries etc.

Huge portions, very popular place - Edit
We had medium plate each, both huge (pictured). I think you could share a large plate between two with a side if you felt hungry. We went at around 10pm on a Saturday, so very much peak time. The waiter took our name and called us when a table was free which only was 10 mins. We both had the pomodoro with chilli olive oil, delicious. You tick what you want on the form and the waiters come and collect. There is a QR code on the table so you can check the menu in English. Pay at the till once finished.

Sono contenta che loro hanno opzioni vegani (due per adesso), ma non mi piaciuto la pasta con il sugo al melanzana. Mancava sale e gusto. Sono andata perché un'amica mi ha dato consiglio di andare, ma quando lei è andata c'era un sugo che adesso non c'è.
