Good value buffet! - Edit
On the weekends, Primavera has a buffet with mostly vegan options and there was even a vegan chocolate cake. There was a good range of dishes, lots of deep-fried finger foods, mock meats (eg. tofu skins), and even sushi. The food is a little oily but it was still really tasty. I liked the outdoor setting and the servers were nice too. 4.5

Great food, but one horrible service experience - Edit
I've eaten here at least a dozen times. Most of the time it's good, and the regular server is wonderful. The sushi can be made vegan, and it's some of the best I've found in Guatemala. They have several noodle dishes with mock meats. Portions are large and the restaurant provides great value for the money. At least half of the dishes in the buffet are vegan (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only).
Read moreWe had one horrible experience with service (not the regular server) that kept me from going back for a long time. When I brought the issue up with the owner, she didn't care. In fact, I've had to ask her to turn down the sound from her laptop when because it was so distracting.
I’ve recently come here a couple more times, and have had excellent experiences. One warning: the wasabi sauce they serve with the sushi is made with mayonnaise and is not vegan. They don’t offer wasabi in any other form.

Most of the menu is vegan or can be made vegan upon request. Staff is friendly and knows what's vegan/vegetarian. They also sell their own vegan meats.
