Tasty and cheap vegan dishes - Edit
Good, tasty, copious vegan dishes for very reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff who knows what veganism is and have good knowledge of all the ingredients that are used.
Read moreThe restaurant is located right in the centre at the market square. There are tables inside and outside on a spacious terrace. There are different vegan dishes: a vegan snack plate (€6), vegan vegetable bowl (€6) and pasta with coconut milk-tomato sauce (€6). On the menu it is noted as “vegetarian” pasta because normally they put some (non vegan) raped cheese on it. They can veganize it by leaving the cheese away (the pasta itself is egg free).
Oh and large beers are only €3,50!
We tried all three of the dishes (there are also vegan deserts but we did not try those).
We (2 persons) shared a vegan snack plate, which was huge and very tasty with humus, veggies, snacks and good vegan cheese. The vegan vegetable bowl was a bit similar but with couscous and lentils. The pasta was also very tasty. We would have liked to taste the vegan deserts but were to full!

Delicious vegan Chili - Edit
They had not many vegan options. The patty of the vegetarian burger was made with egg, so it was not possible to veganize it. Maybe the pasta was vegan too, didn't ask. I had delicious Chili.

Vegan chili - Edit
The vegetarian bean burger can’t made vegan ("it is not possible") which means the only vegan option is the €6 chili. It was really tasty, sweet and not very spicy. Comes with a handful of nachos. Large beers are €3. Priede has the best spot in the city with outdoor tables on the main square.

there was 2 quite obvious vegan options - chili and pasta and could be that the burger can be veganized but since the waiter wasnt the nicest i didnt ask. chili was really good!!
