Few options - Edit
Traveling while vegan is always a challenge. Sometimes, you get lucky and find great gems. And at other times, you find something that is barely food. This is one of those disappointments.
Read moreNow, I'm grateful that PretAmanger does have vegan options. Unfortunately, they weren't much to look at and were a bit overpriced due to being at a highway rest stop. I decided on the rainbow sandwich because it was colorful. Unfortunately, the sandwich barely managed to fill me up. Perhaps I should have gone with the even pricier falafel salad.
In any case, if you absolutely need to eat something vegan and can't wait, then Pret has you covered. Otherwise, just wait until the next stop.

Uk chain cafe serving coffee, pastries, sandwiches, & salads. Vegan options at this location. The Pret A Manger stores in London with a green sign are completely vegetarian. Unfortunately of the 10 veggie prets they’ve opened since 2016, only 2 are left in Soho & Shoreditch.
