This was my first visit to a pret! For a non vegan establishment I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of options. Ingredients are clearly listed and vegan items are labelled.

This place has a bunch of organic items and vegetarian/vegan items. You pick up your food from the shelves or fridge at the side of the store--so all is pre-made, but fresh. The ingredients are all listed, and the food is healthy. Because everything is fresh here, they might not have the item you want when you arrive, so the choices for vegans at times can be slim. The place is clean, with a bunch of seating. This is not a place to travel out of your way for, but if you are visiting the Empire State Building (see the photo, which was taken from the front of the restaurant--if you sit in the right place, you can see the ESB while eating) and are in a rush, this place is pretty good.
