Not many vegan options - Edit
At least when I went in there was only one vegan sandwich and no vegan hot food, the cakes are a bit better but not great

Great options - Edit
Pret is the best chain coffee shop to offer a good selection of vegan options. Their coconut bites are the best tasting bounties I have had. Their almond butter bites are not bad either. I do like their sun-dried tomato, avo and olive baguette. Not a fan of the falafel sandwiches though. They have a variety of plant based milks for their tea/coffee. I do want to try that almond butter chocolate cookie.

The staff are friendly.
