Maybe the only good spot for vegan food within Graham, excluding chains. Good food and coffee, generous portions, nice staff. Been going here for awhile.

Surprise Crepes in Downtown Graham - Edit
A pleasant surprise to find vegan crepes in Graham, NC! I came here back in 2019 (I think) and they had a vegan crepe batter (sweet only), but now they have a sweet and a savory batter depending on the type of crepe you order. I ordered the herbivore crepe with the buckwheat v/gf crepe without the cheese and added tofu. I didn't even realize the crepe was gluten free until I looked it up and it was all delicious. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the shop itself has a cozy small town atmosphere void of any coffee shop pretentiousness.
