Not too Friendly - Edit
I'm not sure how, in the city of Seattle, this got listed either.
I called ahead as my husband and I were meeting another couple there. The owner, on the phone, told me she didn't have much for a vegan! And she didn't want to ask the chef to create something either. I almost cancelled the reservation, and should have, but instead opted to eat before we left home and eat a salad there. Granted, the salad was very good, but if you're looking for a full meal you won't find one here for you.
This was in March, it's possible things have changed since then so verify for yourself.
Pros: close to home
Cons: unaccomodating

nothing vegan on the menu; why listed? - Edit
This place has nothing vegan on the menu. When called they seem perplexed as to why I think they do have something vegan. It is misleading to folks to list it here. While maybe if I just went they "might" accommodate me, there are many places that do that around Seattle area. None of those places ever get listed, nor deserve it. This site isn't about where you might be able to get a salad, maybe, but for places that have more intent and vegans can eat easily.

Lovely Evening Out - Edit
My husband and I went for the first time to this upscale restaurant that is housed in a building that was built in 1916. At one time the mayor lived there and at one time it was a brothel. Good to know we're still 'enjoying' ourselves there!! The food was very well prepared and there were some vegetarian options. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The food is exquisitely plated and created with organic and local ingredients. I noticed that here was no salt and pepper on the table which I typically feel is odd, but the food was perfectly spiced and non was necessary. We ordered seven items and they were all superb. We will definitely return.
Pros: delicious seasonal food, organic and local ingredients, comfy surroundings with tables far apart
