Nice to find a vegetarian place here! - Edit
I had to visit this part of Madrid last week and I decided to have breakfast at Prasad. The place was really empty (unfortunately... I really hate when vegan/vegetarian places do not seem to attract customers, although I guess the bulk of the business must be at lunchtime).
I had a cappuccino with soy milk and a vegetarian chocolate&coconut cake. I asked for vegan cakes, but they had none. The cake was ok, though, and the cappuccino was really good. But the lack of vegan options for breakfast is unfortunate!

Ate here for lunch. Had the Ayurvedic daily menu. Soup, rice, cauliflower dish, salad, and a drink for €12.50. Friendly staff, seems cozy inside and very tasty.

Another macrobiotic experience - Edit
This is a combinated restaurant with activity room for yoga, meditation, massage, learning, events, etc. The food is macrobiotic limited with vegan options. No for very hungry people. No so cheap. Friendly service, spacious and nice place. Good music. Near to Princesa, easy paying OTA parking. Credit cards.
