The food was very good and the price okay - Edit
I shared many different buns, bread and pastry with a friend, which tasted all very good. The dumplings were also very delicious and the seating area clean and nice.

Nice buns - Edit
I had four bus/dumplings, but I didn't really ask what was inside them, I just ordered one of each. Three were sweet and one was filled with cabbage, so it was a weird combination. But all in all they were good!

Must visit - Edit
This hidden gem is definitely worth a visit! Got a braised noodle soup from here and the broth was so delicious and flavourful. Lots of mock meat in there too. They also have a good selection of sweet and savoury buns, the sesame cake is incredible. Flaky pastry filled with a thick, nutty sesame paste.

Delicious!!! - Edit
Sells a large variety of buns (baked and steamed), dumplings, sticky rice, and some soups too. Totally vegan and affordable. Magnificent black sesame bun.

Best vegan food in Taipei - Edit
This is the best vegan meal I had in Taipei.
Read moreIt is cash only (or LINE pay) and has several tables in the back behind the kitchen.
Everything was fresh and delicious, we tried the pickled vegetable and pork buns, the tofu soup and hearty wheat noodle soup.
I would highly recommend to all vegans visiting Taipei. #Veganuary

This place is so awesome! - Edit
The food is really yummy and priced fairly. Some of the staff speaks a tiny bit of English and there is an English menu. Probably overall my favorite vegan spot in Taipei.

Great price! Very cheap and tasty - Edit
Giving it 5 for the excellent price point balanced with quality that you get. Come hungry! The steam buns and dumplings are way bigger than we expected. Highlights were the green bean steamed bun and the hearty soup. They also have an English menu (bonus). Hole in the wall with 6 tables in the back.

Cheap and well worth it - Edit
I had the hot and sour noodles and a silver needle bread. I thought the hot and sour was more of a dry dish but it was more soup-based (it was a little bit hot today so would have preferred a dry dish). But it was still really nice! I had it with green bean noodles. The bread had a nice sweet hint to it and was fluffy! I paid 100TWD for both items. I paid cash but you can also pay with LinePay.

Really good hole in the wall spot - Edit
Great options and the family was really nice, they have an English menu which is very helpful. The hearty noodle soup was very tasty and had a faux meat that was really good. Purple rice zhongzi was very good, as well as the pork buns. The vegetable dumplings were stellar.

Menu in English.
Staff does not speak English but they try to explain the menu by pointing at the items on display and at a sheet with pictures.
We ordered pork buns, tofu noodle soup and hearty noodle soup. The portions were big and the food was tasty.
