Good options to go! - Edit
Nice place if you want fast and healthy vegan food. You can make your own bowls - not vegan cheese options, but they usually have at least tofu. A good variety of vegan cakes too (sometimes vegan cookies). They serve great wine to aperitivo.

Il posto giusto has a wide variety of cakes and sweets which are all vegan, and all the bowls can be made vegan (they have a ton of stuff to put on them, which is all super tasty).
